Debra Lilley is an integrative healing practitioner who is dedicated to facilitating the changes people wish to make in their life. She is certified in Hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Past Life Regression Hypnosis and as a life coach. Debra is a Reiki Master and also employs a variety of modalities such as the Emotion Code, the Emotion Freedom Technique and the Enneagram.
Debra has twenty years of experience working with over a thousand clients. This has enabled her to gain tremendous insight into the motivations that prevent people from letting go of unwanted thoughts, behaviors and actions. Debra specializes in healing techniques for anxiety/depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, confidence/self-esteem, weight loss and performance anxiety and more.
Debra’s approach is to integrate her many skills in creative ways to address the uniqueness of each individual. She looks for patterns that may be inhibiting your growth. Then she supports and empowers you with the tools and knowledge you’ll need to move beyond the barriers that can limit the expansion and actualization of your best and most authentic self.
